Counselling
Learn the Skills to Move Forward Kevin provides counselling for adults, adolescents ages 12 and up, and couples. Life does not come with an instruction manual, and many people were never taught the skills needed to manage stress, difficult emotions, conflict, or major life challenges. As both a counsellor and an educator with more than 25 years of experience, Kevin helps clients learn practical skills that can be applied immediately to everyday life. Kevin believes that counselling should do more than provide a place to talk. Clients should leave sessions with a clearer understanding of themselves, knowledge of what is happening with them, and practical strategies they can use to better themselves. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Kevin helps clients develop the tools needed to overcome obstacles and build a more meaningful and purposeful life. If you are looking for a no nonsense counsellor who combines compassion, practical guidance, and a clear plan for moving forward, Kevin would be honoured to work with you.
